Fees and Supplies

Communication Book for ALL GRADES

An A5 Hard Cover book must be supplied on Enrolment and be present in your child's school bag at all times. This book will be used for Parent/School communication purposes. Parent's must include the below detail in this book on Enrolment: -

1. Cover (provided by the school)
   a) Photograph of Child with Full Name and date of birth
2. First and Second page
   a) Photograph of Mother and Father together with Full Name and Contact Numbers.
   b) List of child's allergies.
   c) List of chronic health.
   d) List of reasonable special requirements
3. Third and Forth page
   a) Photographs of and any other authorised person permitted to collect the child from school together with Full Name, Contact Numbers and relation to child.
   i. If any other person, other than those authorised attempts to collect the child from school, without verbal confirmation from you, the child will not be permitted off the school premises

These items are to be supplied by Parents, per year in advance.  Baby Class items are to be supplied daily.

Supplies
Parents are asked to please bring the following supplies to school each day for each child.

1. 6 Nappies (if used),
2. Dummy/Pacifier (if taken),
3. 3 bottles
4. 3 sets of spare clothing,
5. Bum cream,
6. Formula, Milk
7. Baby powder (if used),
8. Aqueous cream,
9. Special comfort item (if required – such as a blanket, plush toy etc.).
10. Any other item to help your little one feel more comfortable at school.
11. High SPF Sunblock

Parents are asked to please bring the following supplies to school for each child for the year, divided up as follows:-

Due at the beginning of January 

1. 1 x small photograph of your child (for the class birthday)
2. 1 x empty 2L ice-cream container
3. 2 x box tissues (200's)
4. 4 x wet wipes
5. R120 for 1 x personalised mattress covers

Due at the beginning of June:

1. 2 x box of Tissues (200’s)
2. 4 x wet wipes (80's)
3. R120 for 1 x personalised winter blanket

These items are to be supplied by Parents, per year in advance.  Baby Class items are to be supplied daily.

4. 3 sets of spare clothing,
5. Bum cream,
6. Vaseline,
7. Baby powder (if used),
8. Aqueous cream,
9. Special comfort item (if required – such as a blanket, plush toy etc.).
10. Any other item to help your little one feel more comfortable at school.

2. 2 x box of Tissues (200’s)
3. 2 x Liquid Hand Soap
4. R200 for Stationery
5. 1 x ream A4 white paper

7. 1x ID size photograph of your child
   (for the class Birthday Chart)

Due at the beginning of June:
