Overall Terms
Rates are charged in advance and due on the 1st of each month. Booking deadline is on the 15th of each month. Placement will be deactivated on outstanding fees and only reactivated on payment. One month's written notice on cancellation; with the exclusion of classified adverts, which requires 24hours notice. Noddy Nursery School reserve the right to deny advertising space to any business, service provider or organisation that goes against the values of Noddy Nursery School as well as products and services that are in direct competition with its own products and services. Examples of adverts that will not be placed include, but not limited to: gambling, adult content, tobacco and alcohol advertisements, etc. Noddy Nursery School will not be held responsible for any and all communication and/or negotiation in relation to adverts, links and classifieds entries. Adverts can be displayed in as little as 48hours after booking, client sign off and payment.
